Treaty Investor/Trader Visas

Visas are available to foreign nationals interested in investing in the United States. There are several options available to such persons, including the E-2 visa and the EB-5 visa. If your home country has a treaty agreement that allows for immigration through investment, you may be eligible for a visa. There are, however, many more requirements involved for either type of visa. Let our Chicago treaty investor attorneys ensure that your application is completed accurately.
